Poor quality of dental work, I had my 3 crowns done there and all at them failed. When you ask for the copy of your records or X-rays before and after, they just keep quiet about it (the gaps were showing just right after placing them in). Also, my dental implant crown done by them cracked, not mentioned the dental fillings, which I had to replace after leaving the dentist. They are hoping that patients are not going back or they are not knowledgeable to recognise the fact they are not professionals. Please do not give them opportunity to ruin your teeth, although they are not cheap as well.

I cannot recommend Dr Mansour and the whole team at Shirland Dental enough. Not only are they extremely professional, they are so welcoming and accommodating, whether it’s last min changes to appointments or arriving with a toddler in tow for treatment. Dr Mansour frequent check ins during Invisalign kept me disciplined and instead of rushing a job she encouraged a longer process to ensure everyone was happy with the end result. Having sincere care is rare. As an add on- they also do the most thorough hygiene cleans ever. If you’re thinking of Invisalign or just a refresh for your oral care and looking for a new dentist… this is the one. Thank you 🙏🏽🫶🏼

Couldnt recommend a better dental practice! I visited Shirland Dental Practice at Queens Park on a Sunday afternoon in extreme pain after wisdom tooth extraction abroad. Dr. Mansour was incredible: she met me immediately, showed me kindness and empathy and put me on a path to recovery within minutes and days. I really appreciated how she gave me timelines and thresholds on what to expect during the course of the treatment. Highly recommend her for trauma injury or kids given how gentle and clear she is. The clinic staff were also prettyfriendly and helpful! Thank you doctora!

Very disappointed in the service, i did Invisalign and bonding. The dentist covered up my teeth gaps with bonding rather than doing Invisalign properly. When i spoke to the dentist and showed the evidence for this they told me its not convincing. I explained my bonding came off and the gaps showed they said i was not wearing my retainers. I have the evidence to show that my teeth had bonding inbetween the gaps but she denied it was bonding and said its my fault for not wearing retainers. Be careful guys sometimes dentists in london take advantage of this because we do not know what is happening they try to work their way out.

My experience with this practice has been nothing but exceptional. The receptionist Connor is nothing but friendly and tries to accommodate my busy diary where possible. Dr Hamsa the owner has a friendly and reassuring approach. Big.shout to Ben who gave me two fillings and has saved me from root canal. The hygienist with a deep clean, my gums and teeth have never looked so clean. From fearing the dentist with bad childhood experiences, I feel much more relaxed and at ease with this practice.

From the minute I walked in to Shirland Dental Practice to the moment I left, it was a 5 star experience. Being of an anxious and nervous disposition this is by far one of the best experiences I have had with a dentist. Upon entering I was welcomed by the receptionist Maria who was warm, lovely and very welcoming - Maria made me feel at ease straight away! I next had a consultation with Dr Hamsa Mansour who is experienced and knowledgeable, Dr Hamsa fully explained what I needed to have done and also reassured me that the work would be only what is critically needed, not like previous consultations I have had in the past where the dentist has carried out unnecessary work. When I came back for my dental work appointment, this was carried out by both Dr Hamsa and Dr Leda, the work carried out was professional, straightforward, quick and pain free. Never thought I would say this but I am looking forward to my next appointment already! Highly recommended – if you are unsure about where to go for your dental work pop in and have a chat with the team and I am sure you will be as delighted as I am!

New Dental Practice in Queens Park you didn’t know you needed.Staff are warm, friendly and welcoming.The decor is so inviting and relaxing. The patient bathroom has the wow effect, yes gets a 👍🏾 up from me. It’s almost worthy of the obligatory bathroom selfie 😁, I however resisted.State of the art equipment even got a scan of my teeth ( that was amazing).But… back to what I went in for, a dental check up. Dr Ben was nothing short of fantastic. Very calming in his demeanour, he made you feel relaxed instantly. Great service, very reassuring, explained in detail (plain English) what he was going to do, why and what was needed. I got a clean bill of Dental Health 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽.I definitely recommend a visit.

I don't always leave reviews but felt compelled to say that Shirland dental practice is one or the best I have been to over the years. Dr Hamsa in the practice have been superb kind and caring. Of course, she is always busy with patients, but she makes sure all her work is done to patients' expectation or even better. She is gentle and excellent at her job. Highly recommended. I've been a patient for a very long time, and I don't get impressed easily. Keep it up.

I had my composite bonding here just a couple of days ago I forgot her name I’ve been looking everywhere and her dental assistant were amazing! They were so kind and lovely to me!
